Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY on regular-priced merchandise. Due to how quickly we process orders, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. ALL SEASONAL AND HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Return with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Returns must be received at one of our store locations or our shipping facility within 14 days from the day of receiving. Excessive returning is not allowed. If monthly return percentage exceeds 25%, returning will not be allowed until percentage goes down. 

Sale items are final sale, no returns will be accepted. All jewelry, accessories, bags, sunglasses, household items, activewear, doorbusters, holiday pieces, blankets, cups, beauty products, intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale.  

All returns must be approved; please notify us at this email BEFORE sending returns. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

Fly Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an item needs to be returned please include a slip with your name, email, and order numbers, so that we can issue an app credit or website gift card accordingly. Please ship all returns to: 124 Williamsburg Rd Picayune MS, 39466.

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: blankets, cups, beauty products, accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. 

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Ultimate decision on acceptance of returns is at the discretion of Fly Boutique  

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Please email us at contact.shopfly@gmail.com to get your return approved. Once approved please ship back to:

Please include a note with your return that states your name and order number. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 50% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

For pickups, the return policy is 7 days from day of pickup (like store purchases) and if they do not pickup within a month the items on the order become final sale and no longer apply to the return policy!

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at contact.shopfly@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
