Fly Boutique strives to serve our wonderful customers to the best of our ability. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

  

Online Order Policy

Contact a member of our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

  • All returns must be received within 21 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of an online store credit.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Because we have a limited number of each "Fly" style featured on the site, we cannot offer exchanges. Luckily, we've got an expert team working to issue your store credit as quickly as possible! Then you can head right over to shopflyboutique.com and, if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your new store credit to snatch it right up!

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
  • Post-damaged items purchased will not be accepted for a return.
  • Must present your original receipt to sales associate.
  • Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of store credit or item exchange.
