Fly Boutique Return Policy

We want you to love your purchases, but if you're not completely satisfied, here’s our return policy for your reference:

1. Online Credit Only

  • Returns are accepted for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

  • All seasonal/holiday items and sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and are considered final sale:

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Bags

  • Sunglasses

  • Household items

  • Activewear

  • Beauty products

  • Intimates

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Items purchased with 30% or more off

3. Condition of Return

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items in poor condition (e.g., stains, odors) will not be accepted for return.

4. TikTok Shop Orders

  • Items ordered on TikTok Shops are subject to TikTok's return policies.

  • Returns must be initiated and completed through TikTok Shops for eligibility.

  • To check if your TikTok order qualifies for a return, go to Settings & Privacy > Your Orders in your TikTok account.

5. Order Modifications

  • Orders cannot be edited or canceled after checkout.

  • Please ensure all items in your cart are correct before completing checkout.

 


 

6. Return Process

Approval

  • Please use our return portal  HERE initiate the return.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and instructions for how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

  • If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout, return shipping will be covered.

  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

  • Report damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order with photos for a resolution.

Restocking Fees

  • Final sale items returned or late returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

 


 

7. Pickup Orders

  • The return policy for pickup orders is 7 days from the pickup date.

  • After 30 days, items become final sale.

8. Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Fly Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping.

9. Return Rate Penalty

  • Customers with a return rate of 15% or higher will incur a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
